Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products to the UK only, but will soon be offering international shipping options.  All orders are shipped within 3 days, but often sooner.  We will provide the courier's tracking information so that you can track the status of your order.  If you have any questions, please contact info@hulabright.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sometimes buying a candle online can be hard, and we totally get that.  We've all done it, maybe it wasn't the right size, or maybe the scent was not what you expected.  Don't worry, we are committed to keeping our customers happy.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email info@hulabright.com and a member of the team will be in touch to talk to you about an exchange or refund.

Sometimes your order was perfect, but it arrived in less than perfect condition.  We take great care to package our candles so that they will arrive to you, looking as good as they left us.  But sometimes the inevitable happens and something goes wrong.  Please send a picture of your order to info@hulabright.com so that we can send you a replacement or a refund.

 

Refunds are done in the same tender as the original purchase, so if you order was process on your credit card, that is where the money will be sent back to.   If you purchased a Hula Bright candle from one of our stockists, please refer to their return policy for guidance.
